Restaurants

OH HAMOS!

ADAMAS, MILOS

One of our favorite spots! It feels like your grandma's back yard in the best possible way. A great spot for meze plates, roasted lamb and house wine. (Also one of the few we've been to on this list but the rest come highly recommended)

MEDUSA

MANDRAKIA, MILOS

Medousa is the perfect place for a relaxing lunch, gazing at the multiple blue shades of the Aegean sea.

NOSTOS

One of the best restaurants you have ever eaten!

Traditional and yet different from the usual. This place is a must go to when in Milos!

Dishes spanning from Greek traditional cuisine to the latest modern trends based on fine quality products.

PSARAVOLADA

AGIA KIRIAKI, MILOS

If you're heading to the beach at Agia Kiriaki, then it's also worth checking out this seafood spot. Slightly more upscale than most restaurants on the island, they offer updated takes on traditional Greek cuisine. Amazing views!

EBOURIOS

EBOURIOS, MILOS

It doesn't get more homemade than a restaurant where they are serving tables from food made in their home kitchen. It's in the middle of nowhere but worth the reservation and bumpy dirt road ride to get there. Most items are farm to table and they even make their own feta. Try the pitarakia, tomato fritters, and soutzoukakia. For dessert, check out the Ebouriano!

SNACKS & DESSERT

AGGELIKI

ADAMAS, MILOS

Stop by for soft-serve ice cream, waffles, or a combination of the two. Ideal grab-and-go option when taking an evening stroll on the Adamas pier.

This is a quality bakery and a great stop for snacks before heading to the beach. Check out their spinach pies and ladenia (aka: Milos Focaccia).

PALEOS

PLAKA, MILOS

This old-world cafe is the perfect place to try another Milos culinary contribution, the watermelon pie! Go with a group of friends so you can also taste their walnut cake, orange pie, and ice cream (kaimaki in particular).

KIVOTOS TON YEFSEON

POLLONIA, MILOS

Visit the "Ark of Flavors" and get ready for a dessert showdown. Highlights include their: galaktoboureko (custard pie), chocolate pie, and orange pie. Batches come out of the oven every half hour, so do a walk around and see what looks best. They make their own yogurt and we recommend buying some of their incredible honey to bring back home.
